Young Frankenstein, O Brother Where Art Thou, and Monti Python and de Holie Grailen.

I can't think of one line in these three films that isn't memorable.

Mongo only pawn... in game of life.

    Huh-huh, naw, Mongo straight!

Ok, I will be the first to mention The Princess Bride!
My friends and I use to also quote extensively from Amadeus.
    "Well, there it is."
Oh, and Sling Blade, with all quotes being made in the appropriate "Carl" voice immitation!

    Rain Man
    Fight Club
    Forrest Gump
    Star Wars
    The Silence of the Lambs
    Caddyshack
    Airplane!
    Goodfellas

Hands down it has to be Pulp Fiction, at least for me. My friends and I can go for an hour reciting lines from pulp fiction and joke about them. It's always fresh and never a feeling of redundancy.

Good choices all (though I'm glad none of my friends quote Pulp Fiction, I hate that movie).

    I'll add:

This is Spinal Tap (how did this one not get mentioned yet??)

Duck Soup (or just about any Marx Bros movie)

    A Clockwork Orange

Evil Dead/Evil Dead 2/Army of Darkness

    Blue Velvet

    Casablanca

    Heathers

    The Breakfast Club

    Tapeheads

    Top Secret!

    UHF

    Real Genius

Honorable mentions (not a LOT of repeatable lines, but ones that get repeated frequently):

    Taxi Driver

    2001

    The Terminator

Do these come in funny shapes?
    Nah, unless round is funny.
    Never leave a man behind
We released ourselves on our own recognizance
We felt institutional life had nothing left to offer us
Recidivism, Re-peat O-ffender, not very pretty words are they H.I.?
This here's the television. No more than 2 hours a day, education or football so as not to miss out on the finer things.
Her insides was a rocky place where my seed could gain no purchase
Can't find any leads? You're the FBI, I thought that was your whole raison d'etre!
Why are you sittin' on my couch, drinkin' my coffee in the one place I know my boy ain't at!
I could go on all day.

    Blazing Saddles

    Young Frankenstein

    Army of Darkness

    Ghostbusters

    Airplane

    Aliens

    Star Wars saga

    Casablanca

    The Godfather

    Scarface (1983)

Can't believe no one's mentioned "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension":

"No matter where you go, there you are."

"Laugh while you can, monkey boy!"

"Curse you, Big Booty!" -- "That's Big boo-tay!!"

"Why is there a watermelon there?"

"Evil! Pure and simple from the eighth dimension!"

"I've been ionized, but I'm okay now."

    "Anything to declare?"
    "Yeah, don't go to england"
"What's in there?" (points to car)
    "Seats an a steering wheel..."
"Why do they call him 'Bullet Dodger'?"
    "'cause he dodges bullets, Avi!"
