Well, I have seen 2001: A Space Odyssey in excess of a hundred times--sixty-one times in commercial cinemas, and I don't know how many times elsewhere (including a 16mm print I once co-owned, LaserDisc screenings, and DVD).

Others I never grow tired of: the rest of the Stanley Kubrick catalog, Zardoz, Harvey, To Kill a Mockingbird, Vertigo, North By Northwest, The Haunting (1963), Forbidden Planet, Casablanca, Citizen Kane, and on and on.

I know what you mean, Jack, but I just don't think I could get through "Killer's Kiss" 100 times. [Insert belittling "Zardoz" joke of your choice, here, I would feel guilty doing it myself since I just espoused a secret affection for "Night of the Comet" in another thread and would be subject to even more ridicule.] ;)

I can watch Fight Club a hundred times and probably will before I die. I'd also include Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Goodfellas, Godfather and Terminator 2. Willy Wonka is close but the long exposition before the actual chocolate factory weighs it downs. Oops, forgot about Office Space.

I have actually seen The Breakfast Club a hundred times. And movies that'll come close to 100x's at the end of my life span are Pulp Fiction, Ferris Bueller, and Animal House.

I'm pretty sure that I'm probably the only person on the entire planet that has seen "Halloween" (part 1) over 500 times! I wore out SOOOOO many VHS tapes of it, until I finally got it on DVD. Thank god for DVD. I've watched it on DVD over 100 times now, and I think I'm very close to having seen it 1,000 times total.

It remains my favourite movie of all time, and I will never get tired of it. Pure masterpiece!

Needless to say that I know all of the words of the entire movie, and can act out the whole movie from beginning to end!
