I've already watched Real Genius over 150 times since it's debut on VHS.
I have watched the Back to the Future trilogy over 100 times.
And I'm approaching 100 times watching the Wedding Singer
Others would be:

Edward Scissorhands
Waynes World
Point Break
Tombstone
Titanic

Good question. Although there are hundreds of movies that I really love, that doesn't mean I'd want to watch them three times a year (Dark City, for example). Here are some I could pop on right now and not move for 2 hours:
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Moulin Rouge
Airplane!
Young Frankenstein
Caddyshack
Se7en
Raising Arizona
Flash Gordon
The Rock
Aliens

Hmm. Well you don't want my whole list. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of such films. Which is why I buy them on dvd or ld, because I can watch them over, and over, and over...

The list looks something like this:

Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein

Adam's Rib

The Adventures of Robin Hood

[over 500 titles omitted]

You Only Live Twice

Young Frankenstein

Zelig

King of New York (and damn near everything with Christopher Walken)
Leon: the Professional
and many more...

Star Wars Episode 1 - would be the closest one since I saw it bout 30 times. (5 in theaters)

Inspector Gadget - I was forced to watch this 100 times since they had it running at a cash register where I worked. (I don't want to see it ever again)

Disney's Pinoccio - saw this around 50 times growing up. I also used to love watching "chip and dale rescue rangers", "Teenage mutant ninja turtles", "duck tales", and "Sailor moon" (doh).

I also like The matrix, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Titan AE, Fast and the furious but don't know if I'd see any of those 100 times.

While I doubt that I've watched any of these a hundred times, some of these have to be pretty close.
2001: A Space Odyssey
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
Blade Runner
Southern Comfort
A Clockwork Orange
Dr. Strangelove
Miller's Crossing
The Matrix
Animal House
The Fifth Element - do demos count?
Last of the Mohicans
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Mission Impossible 2 - sue me.
Jaws
Taxi Driver
Alien
Once Upon A Time In The West
Harvey
and my all time favorite film that I never, ever tire of watching, despite countless viewings:
Chariots of Fire - I simply love every thing about this film.
- Walter.

It's a Wonderful Life

The Wizard of Oz

Gone With the Wind

The Sound of Music

Close Encounters

West Side Story

Fiddler on the Roof

2001: A Space Odyssey

Psycho

For some reason, I never grow tired of these. I tried to find a common theme in them once to explain their appeal to me. The protagonist overcoming incredible odds was one -- but then, isn't that true of most movies? Really pretty cinematography was another, buy how shallow is that?

Most of the Three Stooges Shorts ("Hey Moe, no wonder the water don't woik, these pipes are clogged up with wires!")
