What makes publishers think games like this won't sell in the US

    With the pretty good sales of DOA:XBV its obvious Americans are looking for something a little more "showing". Why not give us this:

    Look at that! I bet it would sale like mad if they used that pic in their ad and replaced the japanese with english.

    Also this is a fun topic, I already know why they don't bring these games over here so don't go off explaining it.

    Haha, this is too funny. I've watched the Love Hina DVDs, that is just classic. I like the 3rd screen showing some sort of groping scenario.

    I don't think Joe Average Gamer is into cartoon sex.

    Had DOAXVB employed interactive halftime fuckfests as a way for you to restore your players' stamina, I don't think it would have sold so well.

    There is a certain amount of pushing the envelope that the market will bear, and the fact that BMX XXX is sitting in bargain bins proves that.
