check out the forums at HSUs site. They have plenty of threads on the new unit. I'm not sure about the price but I knows its around $1000 US +- $100. There is also the turbo charger for the HO that lowers the tuning which is sold separately.

The sub seems to be a completely new design from the ground up. It has a new driver, bigger amp, and different port configuration.

You might want to check out the Velodyne DLS-5000R as well. It lists for $1000 cdn but should steet a little lower. Its reviewed well and velodyne's a solid name brand.
