Out of all the great, addictive card games out there (Uno, Rook, Phase 10, Skip-Bo, etc.) what is the one you like the most?
My vote goes to PHASE 10, although Rook is in a very close second.

my friends aren't that bright...we played poker the other night and for most of them it was either their first time or they were unclear on how to play(we're 20)

Asshole is good... I like to play Hearts with my friends because I haven't lost yet. I don't think they like playing Hearts anymore, though. :)

Poker.
------------------
He thought on homeland, the big timber, the air thin and chill all the year long. Tulip poplars so big through the trunk they put you in mind of locomotives set on end. He thought of getting home and building him a cabin on Cold Mountain so high that not a soul but the nighthawks passing across the clouds in autumn could hear his sad cry. Of living a life so quiet he would not need ears. And if Ada would go with him, there might be the hope, so far off in the distance he did not even really see it, that in time his despair might be honed off to a point so fine and thin that it would be nearly the same as vanishing.

Poker is the best game ever, but it's usually easier to put together a game of Euchre.
Living close to the border, I would excerise caution in challenging any Canadians to a game of Euchre, though. They're genetically superior Euchre players, and can come up with rules that I've never found in any book of Hoyle.

Do CCGs count? I suppose it'd be Magic.

How do you play Asshole? Is it like Bullshit, or a different game altogether?
Dome,
Spoons did rule back in high school, but I'll be damned if I've forgotten how to play it!

The subject simply stated card game - that must include "Magic: The Gathering" and "Aliens vs. Predator" CCG!
But I like to play Hearts and Pirate Whist too...
