What is this "House Box Collection" for House, House II, and a 3 & 4? (1 Viewer)

I saw a posting on ebay for a House Box Collection including all 4 films: House, House II the Second Story and then House III and House IV...is this some kind of scam? I never heard of a third or fourth film. It was an australian auction with the item number 3389461397. Sorry - I can't post links... I've attached the image posted on the auction for the box set. I'd be very interested in hearing more about this set (and the 3rd and 4th films...it says the set is R4. I couldn't find any mention of the films on the IMDB site. House II has always been a guilty pleasure of mine!

"House 3" was retitled "The Horror Show" in the US. And there indeed was a "House 4," despite the absence of H3 in the US marketplace.
