What is the best calibration dvd used to setup your audio and video? (1 Viewer)

I saw the thread about the Video Essentials calibration disk and although I did not read all 4 pages of the thread, I did see that there were some problems with it. Have those problems been addressed? Is there a better disk out there to use? I have always just set up my systems with my eyes and ears, so I am just wondering if I can get the picture to look better and the audio to sound better. Thanks.

Back in the olden days, before DVDs existed and when puppies were the oldest animal, I would use my Criterion LDs to calibrate my display. WEST SIDE STORY for color/tint and CLOSE ENCOUNTERS for brightness/contrast.
