I've had trouble with redirect viruses and my spyware programs cleaned them up (it seems) eliminating hp.uti. But there's another file created around the same time called 'sp.uti'. It says Usage tracks include file. It's 9km. Clicking on it takes me to SpyBot. I can't find a match for it in Google. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks.

You should be able to view it in a text editor.

That having said, it appears, based on what searches I've done, it's the remains of a univeral tool interface, which connects to IE.. so, likely a browser hijack object remnant or other.. should be safe to delete ;)

(I'd delete it and maybe store a copy somewhere just to be looked at if ever need be, but I'd bet on it being junk)

*laugh* when I first read this thread, even knowing what it was, I said "wow, that's a new one" thinking of urinary tract infections, not the PC form of UTI :)
