what is E/I and why is it taking over television?

    ok so i see this logo, E/I as a bug on a b unch of tv shows the last year or so.
    now i noticed it on this week in baseball.

    what is it?

    Yep. And to top it off, most EI shows are junk. I was flipping through the channels, and came across one cringe inducing one that was based in the war times of Ben Franklin.

    I wonder. Are American kids getting dumber because they are watching too many toons.... or are schools not evolving with the times and making learning fun for kids? Let alone teaching them stuff they will actually use later in life. I learned to write a check from watching Price is Right's Check Game [​IMG].

    If I ever win that $1,000 a week for life lottery ticket, I'm going to save up for a few years, open my own public school, and try to devise something that makes learning fun and interesting. No need for Senior skip day when you know you might be doing something fun, rather than homework, and still have it be educational [​IMG].
