What is 'Business Casual Wear?' (1 Viewer)

Just wondered if anyone could define what is meant by Business Casual.

In most companies, it would be a polo/golf shirt with a collar with dress (khakis usually) pants, a belt, and dress shoes.

Yeah, check out any Dockers commercial for some good examples. Oxford shirts, khaki pants, and shoes pretty much cover it.

I was just a bit confused as to the difference between smart casual and business casual. I now assume that they are one and the same.
