I haven't seen Pearl Harbor, The Mummy Returns, Battlefield Earth. Actually, I lot of recent films. With a year old son, my wife and I don't get to movies often, and I have a bit of a backlog renting recent films (only recently rented Fight Club, 13th Warrior, etc.).

As far as older films, I don't think there are many that everyone has seen that I haven't.
