it wont update anymore, i only get an error message.
and the spybot website seems to be down.

I also read a mention about some denial of service attacks against the website recently. Maybe that was causing the downtime. Or there has been a big run on the site of people downloading the newest version 1.3. I also notice that the author stopped releasing updates after the April-04-2003 update for 1.2 as he got 1.3 ready, which could have also caused your updating error.
