What Happened To "My Neighbor Totoro" 2-Disc Set? (1 Viewer)

Anyone have any idea what's going on with Buena Vista's "My Neighbor Totoro" 2-disc set release? I had it down for 24th August 2004, but Amazon.com are now saying the release date hasn't even been finalised.

Any info?

Postponed indefinitely with no reason given in the grand Buena Vista tradition of such films as "Ed Wood". Hopefully we will see the R1 releases of "My Neighbor Totoro", "Porco Rosso", and "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Winds" soon, but who knows.

There's always the R3 2-disc version which is also rather cheaper.
