When viewing video clips, I've always been happy with my default viewer. Suddenly, though, it's no longer the default. The crazy thing is, I don't know what it was called.

I've tried Quicktime, Windows Media Player, and Real Video - none are as comfortable as good 'ol whats-its-name.

I assume it still lives within my drive, but I don't know how to look for it if I don't know what it's called.

What are some other popular viewers?

    Thanks,

    Jon

    winDVD is pretty big.

Have you tried going into Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and seeing what's installed. It's likely that some player overwrote the default setting, but the old player wouldn't be uninstalled.
