No, this isn't another one of those rants where I've had bad service, or I'm getting screwed out of a deal.

Actually, I've wondered what happened to them? I've tried to access their site for the past two days, and I've gotten nothing. Oh well, I guess I'm ordering somewhere else in the mean time.

I just brought up their site. It's a bit slow to respond, but it's there.

I've been on their sight several times in the last couple of days and I agree that it was a little slow, but not really bad. I needed to contact customer service and had a reply and the matter straightened out in less than three hours. They're my main source and I've never had a real problem with them. I'm loyal too. If I can't get through I'll wait until I can. Isn't anything I need that badly.
