    In order, yes, no, and not yet.
    Eugene's client refused to admit guilt but was still granted his parole after an empassionate speech by Eugene.
    The death row inmate was executed. This was communicated to the lawyers by a news report.
    The senator's wife made it very plain to Bobby that there would be severe repurcussions if they revealed her privileged information. But when has that ever stopped them. I don't think this storyline is dead yet.
    The show should return to its normal time slot this week.
