After receiving the nice group of new Fox westerns for release next week, I've been trying to think of what titles are left in that library for possible DVD release in the future. Here's a partial list I've considered. Can anyone add any titles I may have forgotten?

    Rawhide
    Garden Of Evil (a must!)
    From Hell To Texas
    Jesse James
    The Return Of Frank James
    Belle Starr
    Broken Arrow
The Gunfighter (where, oh, where is this in Region 1?)
    The Secret Of Convict Lake
    Pony Soldier
    White Feather
The True Story Of Jesse James

    Any others?

The 158 minute, 70mm version of 'The Big Trail'. The current 122 minute, 35mm DVD release is nice, but leaves you wanting to see the original...in all it's widescreen glory!

    I also can think of:
    Frontier Marshal (1939)
Fighting Man of the Plains (1949)
    Canadian Pacific (1949)
The Beautiful Blonde from Bashful Bend (1949)
    Two Flags West (1950)
    A Ticket to Tomahawk (1950)
    City of Bad Men (1953)
    The Gambler from Natchez (1954)
And the Cisco Kid movies starred by Cesar Romero, in the late thirties and early forties.

It's not very popular, nor is it a classic, but THE LAST HARD MEN (1976) is long MIA on any video format, DVD or VHS.

As good as "Garden of Evil" sounds in 2.0 on the PAL disc, it would sound spectacular if the region 1, when it happens, is 4.0.

There is a Trailer for TWO FLAGS WEST on these latest Fox releases, so one would imagine that it is just around the corner.
I also noticed that a trailer for BROKEN ARROW was supposed to be on one of these new releases, I never noticed it on the 3 that I bought.
The UK Region 2 release of Broken Arrow is an excellent quality DVD.

After an aggressive start, I want more Paramount, Columbia and Universal Westerns. These Studios seem to have stopped their Western releases.

Warners have said that several of their Westerns are to be released soon.
    That's fantastic.

Broken Arrow and Garden of Evil are already available in France (zone 2) in a stunning transfer to DVD. As usual, the dvd's include the English version (also French version, subtitles in English and French).
