Out of these three games, which one do you guys think is the best overall. The games are: Tekken 4, Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, or Virtua Fighter 4. I want the game with the best replay value, but also take into account things like graphics, sound etc. Thanks.

Virtua Fighter 4 is the best game of the three.
We can quibble on graphical strengths and weaknesses if you wish [IMG]

I'm a Tekken nut and even have #4 but I'd recommend VF4 over that anyday. Plus MK4: DA doesn't look all that bad either.

Wow, I'm glad to see that the general consensus here is that Virtua Fighter 4 is the best of the three. Especially becuase of the fact that it is $30-$35 cheaper than the other two.

VF4. I've put more hours in on that than any other PS2 game. Kumite mode is so addicting.

I haven't played MK yet, but I'd recommend getting BOTH VF4 and Tekken 4, they're both fantastic games. Tekken 4 would have to have some of the best graphics I've seen on ps2.

Tekken is still a good game, but it hasnt advanced enough over the past few years to stay fresh.

MKDA is very different from everything out there..it is worth renting, maybe buying. It is its own beast.

DOA2 Hardcore is a superb game I think. Most disagree, but it is an amazing fighter I think. Or get an Xbox to get DOA3.

But VF4...GOOD GOD. Talk about deep. This game is amazing. I suck at it and cannot learn shit in it, but damn is it still fun.

    Tekken Tag
    DOA2 HC

Tekken 4 was a bit of a let down, Tag has a much better line up and the 2 character tag.

I beleive Marvel vs Capcom 2 has come out for the PS2. On the Dreamcast it was an amazing game.

Go back and buy Tekken 3. It's only a PS1 title, but it's still the best of the series.
