What features to get in a rear projector? (1 Viewer)

I'm planning on purchasing a new wide screen HD ready rear projection TV for my new house. I'm looking through the equipment sites and seeing what I can afford and realizing that I've forgotten what most of the important features are (3d comb filter and such). Can somone point me to a resource that will list the features and what they mean? Also which of those are REALLY important? With the price drops over the last few years it's tough to tell what's inexpensive and what's cheap! Thanks.
