I was looking on Ebay and found a Denon receiver from an authorized dealer but the description says "B stock direct from Denon. 2 yr manufacturers warranty". I checked Denon's web site and they ARE an authorized dealer. This receiver is $200 less than what they are here in town. Is it worth it?

B stock can be items with: cosmetic damage due to manufacturing, refurbished items, or repackaged returned open box items.

Generally all B Stock items should come with the same warranty and service as regular stock, but of course, at a dicounted price.
