Well specification wise they seem fine. If it's a legitimate bandwidth spec then it's down 3 db. This means that 1/2 the signal is lost. Generally, but not always, this is taken at 100 feet. Hence for a more nominal length, 6 feet in your link, the loss is significantly less. It's not proportional to length, but I'd hazard to say that the loss at 1 gig is well under 1 dB. Consider that your DVD is going to put out a max of somewhere around 50 mHz tops, then that cable is 20 times better than the max signal you're going to be dealing with. If the signal you're actually dealing with is around 5 mHz, then that cable is 200 times better. Bottom line, it exceeds the requirements needed.
