The specs are reading "100 watts into 6 Ohms at 1 Khz" That indicates lesser quality amps. Not horrible, and it may sound good, but buyer's remorse would set in if you feel the quality lacking. Think about it...if it's what you can afford and you like the look and souns, go for it. Be sure to calibrate it with an SPL meter and test DVD. Best of luck! - C
