What do Energy c-5s cost in your area? (1 Viewer)

Hi

I live up in the frozen north and the local shop carries the Energy Connoisseur C-5 for $1000 CAN(about $715 US), what do they cost in your area? This is to see if they are priced right here...
BTW I put these ahead of the Paradigm Monitor 9s. The Mon 9s did not sound as clear and has less bass.

I paid $996 US for a pair of C-7's and $190 for aq pair of C-1's from my local dealer in Danbury, CT. Not sure what they sell the C-5's for but hopefully this will give some point of reference.

My local electronic store sells the C-5's for $760/pair, the C-7's for $1000/pair. I live in TN.

Here in Toronto, you should be able to negotiate the price of C7s to somewhere between $900-$1000; C5s for $750-$850.

My local authorized Energy dealer, The Good Guys, has a website that sell the C-5 at US$375.00/each w/ no shipping or taxes. And they are currently running a 10% off sale, so basically US$675.00/pair delivered.

US$190.00/pair for C-1?? And I was thinking getting my C-1 for US$270.00/pair was a good deal....

When I bought them I didnt realize how much of a deal I was getting. They werent used or anything like either. I have been thinking of getting another pair just cause the price was so good.

I should buy a bunch and sell them on ebay
