I notice on some of my CDs they have weird circle designs that move around in different places on them. Is this bad?

    hallo van,
no, it's vaccum suction marks from when the final assembly takes place.
there are a couple of different packaging machines used in cd/dvd manufacturing. they both use little suction cups to grab the cd and then place it onto the star of the jewel case tray - what you are seeing is those marks.
you will find cds without them as well, as some cds are hand packaged (sometimes the machine goes down, or final assembly is behind and machines and manual are both used.
it does not affect your cd in any way.

A CD is not a coaster. DO not set your drink on them and the rings will not appear. [IMG]
