I started working out. And when I first start to feel sweat on my forehead. I feel a stinging feeling on my forehead. Almost like someone is rubbing something rough on my forehead. Anyone have any idea what this is??

    Thanks!

I occasionally have a similar feeling if my skin is too dry, which is common in the winter with the heat turned on.

No supplements. Just a multivitamin. But, it happened before I was taking them.

Sounds like maybe some hair care products or lotion rehydrating and causing a reaction with the sweat?

What do you mean by "working out"? Lifting? Aerobics?

I itch all over when I run after a prolonged period of inactivity. Capillaries below the skin that dilatate due to the (unusual) increased blood flow. It's HORRIBLE. But it get better as time goes by.
