I can wiggle my ears-one at a time or alternating. I can also crack my neck so loudly that it's audible from 5 feet away. I hold the California state record for amount of snot expelled from a single sneeze. Cars will start for me when they won't for anyone else.

By moving my fingers a certain way, I can make the veins in my hand wiggle back a forth - freaks some people out.

What do you mean the veins? Because I can "roll" the tendons on my knuckles and I've never met anyone else who could do it. Is that what you're talking about? If I make a fist, I can move the tendons or whatever back and forth over my knuckles. Freaks people out when they touch 'em.
