I'm very partial to the opening of Once Upon a Time in the West, it takes it's time showing three henchmen waiting to take care of a little business with Charles Bronson. Great, great stuff by Sergio Leone. Enjoy.

I'm with Donny, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back defiantely had one of the funniest opening's. When I saw this film a man had brought along his 7yr old son and 5yr old daughter. Just as Jay finished his rap they got up and left. [IMG]

So many to choose from, but my favorite opening line comes from Alfred Hitchcock's "Rebecca".....Last night I dreamt of Manderly...

    Great film.

Although they were both lousy films, Mimic and The Jackal both had cool opening title sequences (sort of the same style as Se7en). But Fight Club is still the best opening title sequence I've seen...

I just bought the DVD of Ghost World and the dance clip(I'm guessing that maybe it's from India) that starts it off is just greatness. To top it off, the show the whole thing in the extras section of the DVD.
