Foo Fighters - In Your Honor.
I must have seen 3 or 4 used copies of the new Foo Fighters at the local used DVD/CD store. I think it's a great double album. I prefer the rock disc especially the first 4 songs. I can't imagine why people don't care for it but to each their own.
At this moment, I'm not currently listening to anything other than the same old stuff I've been hearing for a couple of years. That is to say, no new CDs (all my spare change has gone to DVDs). Nevertheless, the reason that I post in a thread in which I have little to contribute is simply to observe that I am heartened to see that in a thread of this title, not once have I seen anyone reply saying they're listening to the latest Britney, Eminem, 50 Cent, or any other crap that currently clogs the charts; maybe I'm an old f**cker, but these replies remind me that I'm in the right place here. Glad to see that individual taste is alive and well! As for me, I heard a number on my local jazz station the other day by a fellow named Ernie Andrews, an elderly chap from Philly. My Google search led me to his site and several song clips; Amazon will shortly be receiving my order for three of his discs, so that's what I will be listening to. Cheers!
