First, they made Mr.Phelps a bad guy in Mission Impossible. Now, they have done it again with TJ McCabe in SWAT. What is up? Why can't they have some unknown guy on the team be bad?

I haven't seen S.W.A.T. but I couldn't agree more about Mission Impossible. I always thought they should have said Mr. Phelps retired and this was his replacement. It would have been fine that way.
