What are the BEST Settings for TOTAL QUALITY? (1 Viewer)

I have an HTPC in my home that I use for all my movie watching.

It is more than powerful enough to handle anything I throw at it.

I will be upgrading the codecs there to the Klite codecs very shortly.

I want to know the settings I should set for the ABSOLUTE Best quality output.

Overlays, options, tweaks - the works.

I would greatly appreciate any info!

What Output device?

What Video Card?


If you can provide me some of that information, I can probably help. The best settings for one combination aren't true of another.
