What are the best '50s (and '40s) comedy shows? (i.e. Which ones still make you laugh today?) (1 Viewer)

I Love Lucy is still my favorite laugh out loud funniest comedy show of the '50s.
Ozzie and Harriet, Burns and Allen, My Little Margie, and Our Miss Brooks give me a chuckle now and then, but not consistently like Lucy does.

The 3 funniest to me are Honeymooners, Amos & Andy and I Love Lucy. Phil Silvers Show is also great. Our Miss Brooks, December Bride, People's Choice, Love That Bob, Topper, Bachelor Father were all pretty good.
Some great ones there, Neil. I forgot about some of those.

It’s A Great Life is one I hadn’t seen until a few years ago, enjoyed that one.

I grew up in Windsor, when Detroit was at its height. We saw all of these shows, mostly in re-run of course on the many stations across the border.

Later I moved to the Toronto area where a station ran "I Married Joan" (hilarious) and "Your Show of Shows" (Why is there not a boxed set of all surviving Kinescopes?).
