No new 24. No new Smallville. Tuesday night viewing...boring! What was up with all the reruns and cancelled shows? I was really looking forward to a new Smallville and 24 last night. What a disappointment.

On the other hand, there were 3 straight hours of Buffy (even if they were reruns). Not a bad night in my house!

I never really got into Buffy. I watched a rerun of Roswell, another show I never really got into. I was a little lost at first, but then realized that it must have been from the first season. It wasn't all that great. Never really held my attention.

I must have been the only one watching a time-shifted tape of the last episode of The Real World - New York (amazingly enough, the entire gang was very sad to leave after some pretty rocky pitfalls in interactions at the start of the experience).

I almost stayed up to watch a re-run of Gilmore Girls, but then I remember I had to get up at 5 a.m., so I declined to watch GG (but it's one of the few shows that I do watch re-runs of because the dialog/banter is so fun.

I guess none of you are into "NYPD Blue" as that was a new episode which I taped since with the repeats of "Smallville" and "24" I was able to catch the 2nd half of "Jack and the Beanstalk" which I really enjoyed. (I can hear you all groaning right now) And with "Jack" being on CBS it gave me a vacation from "Judging Amy". As I've posted before Tuesdays are a bear for me with tapes going all over the place. This was a nice sort of "time out" just as it was last week when sweeps ended on Wednesday. Everything was repeats for the rest of the week.

Ken - It's not that I think it was a bad show. I just wasn't into it. Probably because I was lementing not getting to see a new Smallville. I did like Jonathan Frakes's cameo though.

If I knew NYPD Blue was on I would have watched that instead, but I'm just in the habit of watching or taping 24 and Smallville. When I went channel surfing the only thing I came across was Roswell. NYPD Blue must have been on a commercial break. I didn't bother to check the listings.

It's not hard to tell November sweeps ended last Wednesday, huh?

I almost stayed up to watch a re-run of Gilmore Girls

    Wasn't Tuesday's Gilmore Girls a new episode?

Danny, no, last night's Gilmore Girls was a re-run for sure from last season. It was one of the episodes after Lorelai and Sukki (sp?) go on a double date with Jackson and his nerd cousin, Rune (Ruin?).

John, you beat me to it. I was going to tell Bill that the other networks gave in and put reruns on because they knew that they couldn't compete with the Billboard Music Awards.

Besides, they did have a new Philly on at ten.

Wow, Ken. My wife already looks at me funny when I tape Smallville and watch 24. She'd probably leave me if I had 3 VCRs working for me. [IMG]
