I'll round out the rhythm section with Max Roach on drums.

And I'll add Daniel Lanois as my producer, also playing guitar and other instruments.

Cary is up again.

Phil Sutcliffe, who has written for Sounds, Q, the London Times and Mojo (among others), will write the cover story on my band.

He just wrote a cover story on Kate Bush for Mojo magazine, but he goes back with her a long way. Here's a good article on Kate Bush he wrote back in 1980.

Okay, my next two picks are:

Maceo Parker-Saxophone
Stevie Wonder-Keyboards

The band will be called The Out-Of-Turns, and their first album will be dubbed "I Made A Mistake...Get Off My Case!".

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

Would you say I harbor too much anger?

Cary's time isn't up, but I suspect there is very little chance that I'll be stealing his pick (if so, he can have it).

The next recruit for The Lusitropics is one of the greatest jazz (and more) pianists/keyboardists of all...

Herbie Hancock
