After all the recommendations on Marc at Audioshop in Canada and decided to give him a call. For my 1st budget HT system I ordered:

    2 Axiom M1Tise - Main
    1 Axiom VP50se - Center
    4 QS2 - Surround (for a 7.1 setup)

Im going to pair this up with an Audiosource SW Fifteen Sub and a 7.1 receiver to be decided later.

Now to tell the wife, wish me luck...

Thanks, do (or anyone else) you know how this system compares to the JBL NSP1 speaker set? That was my other choice of speaker system but I went with Axiom since it was so highly recommended here.

Well maybe a nice bottle of wine and a couple of red roses presented a day or so ahead of time. Then keep a second set for backup for a couple of days later if that doesn't work[IMG]

If you haven't bought that Audiosource SW-15 yet, I've seen them under $150 shipped on ubid.com

    Daniel,
Your welcome. My SVS CS Ultra gives me all the bass I need, but I still almost ordered an Audiosource just because they're so damn cheap(I hate it when I find great deals and I don't need whatever it is). You probably already will, but I'd advise to add polyfill like most of the people did here:

There's even a guy who provides links to to pictures he took of the process. Enjoy your new HT[IMG]

I finally decided on the Pioneer VSX-811S. My subwoofer is coming today so I finally get to hook everything up.
My dumb question of the day now is...where do I buy polyfill? [IMG]

    Daniel,
Thanks again for your business on the Axioms.
Were you able to find a good way to mount the QS2 on the ceiling?

I bought some at Walmart, but I've seen it at fabric stores as well.

Marc, yes I found some from Acoustic Research at Radio Shack. I just have to drill 2 holes in each speaker.

Bought my polyfill at Walmart, going to stuff it today. I got 2 bags so I hope that will be enough.
