Alrighty, I might have figured that out. I have all four Batman films in my cart for delivery. The Cartwheel 20% is there, along with my RedCard 5%.

If I add another item for in store pick up (Captain America), Cartwheel plus the extra 20% plus the 5% are there. This is a very strange way of running this coupon...I hope it works for someone else.
