Another week of interesting titles...from reliable places such as Arrow, Criterion, Kino, Twilight Time...and most of the big studios...and even from some lesser known distributors!

There's GOT to be something there for you

    Safe shopping!

    Two for me:
    • Hold Back the Dawn I pre-ordered from the Barnes and Noble 50% off sale
    • Noir Archive Volume 2: 1954-1956 Amazon pre-order
The rest go into my wish list folder for the inevitable sale.

There would be if Shazam! wasn't $24.99. I really liked that movie, but recently cancelled my pre-order, as I can wait for it to drop. I'm getting tired of Warner titles titles always streeting at $24.99 and don't need to abide that for this title.

I'll get it the next time there's a real sale price on it.

Thanks for your work, though, Mike!

Enjoyed reading about the Fox musicals of the 40s but dismayed that we can never see them in their original Technicolor beauty. (Although "Down Argentine Way" looks like it came from a Technicolor print.)

    Thanks, Mike.

I ordered Klute during the Barnes & Noble Criterion sale, and it's been shipped. That's it for me.

Shazam! 3D currently has a $7 checkout discount at Amazon US, making what appears to be a 3D/Blu/Digital combo $27.99 at checkout. Not sure how long the discount is offered; it may be some promotion with the upcoming Prime Days on the 15-16th.

There are several titles being discounted. I got the Universal Horror Volume 1 from Shout! Factory for $40.79. As you stated, you have to get to checkout before seeing the discounted pricing.

Shazam! is yes, but not at $30 for the 4k. I'll wait. Nothing else is piquing my interest, which is good, cuz I seriously overspent my money budget this month.

    Thanks Mike!
