Standard disclaimer: All prices are taken from the websites of each chain, or from their printed Sunday advertisements. All prices are subject to change by each chain. Prices and inventory in-store may or may not match the website price.

I, obviously, cannot include EVERY title released in a given week in the RoundUp. The titles included are those that I am interested in...as well as those which I consider will be of interest to a majority of consumers (and sometimes I’ll miss one!). I don't get paid for this, and I don't have the time to list every DVD. So, please don't complain!
If there is a title not included in the RoundUp that you want to see, PLEASE just look it up yourself, and be nice enough to post and share the results with everyone!

Note that I cannot include Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club prices in the RoundUp. They set prices at individual stores based on nearby competition, so there is no way I can say here what price you'll find at YOUR local Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club location. And, Circuit City is still out of business...even in Hawaii (where they NEVER guaranteed their prices anyway).

Back To The Future info in case anyone is wondering about the case type, the one that needs instructions vs one that doesn't. Apparently you can tell the difference. The better doesn't need instructions on how to get the discs out and there is a 6 or 7 digit number on the lower right side on the back of the outer cover. Look for the  number ending with a 1, the bad packaging ends with a 2. Also just from my own comparison the fixed case seems to be thicker.

I'll definitely be stopping by Target tomorrow to pick up True Grit (2010) and the BTTF Trilogy. Great prices...for sure.

Thanks for the package info, Tony!

That was not "Once upon a Time in the West" but "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" on blu-ray at Best Buy for the less than $10.

I think I'll finally break down and pick up the Avatar 3-disc BD now that the price is slightly more realistic..

Then I looked around a bit more and as I was leaving walked through the TV on DVD section and--lo and behold--someone had stuck a copy on an out-of-the-way shelf. Lucky me.

That's an awesome price on the BTTF set. And Mike, you most definitely deserved that break in finding a last copy of it while there -- and thanks as usual for another WRU.

I'll probably spring for True Grit from Target myself as well -- I was originally going to spring for the preorder duo combo deal (w/ the original) from BB for $23, but debated too long (on whether I really want to own both) as part of my rethinking on being more selective in my collecting.

Hmmm... Actually, looks like BB might be matching Target on the pricing of True Grit.

RE: OUATITW, yeah, looks like Amazon hasn't bumped up their $10.49 price just yet -- and I finally placed my order early this morning (after not finding time to drop by Target all week) to go w/ their exclusive of Barry Lyndon and a much needed firewire cable (to qualify for free shipping).

Cheers!

That's money well spent on the $10.49 OUaTitW, Man. I really enjoyed my copy this past week. Looked/sounded great.

I was, indeed, one lucky dude to stumble upon that one errant copy of BTTF. And...according to Tony_D's post above, I think I got the uncomplicated packaging!

I cancelled an Amazon order of BTTF at $25 for that Target price, although I dont know if BB will price-match unless I can get a psysical copy of the Target flyer. Can I print it out online, and will they accept it?

Wow...yet another week without anything to buy OR rent!

And, Mike, regarding BTTF at Target: does this mean that after all these years your luck is finally changing?

I picked up Back to the Future last week for $19.99 at Target with the intention of price matching this week. My luck seems to be like Mike's and I wouldn't have found it this week. Just hafta go in and get five bucks and I'm set for the week. My massive StarTrek.com order should be here soon, as will be the Alien Anthology from Amazon.

I got my BTTF set today at Target (first store, zero in stock, second store had 9) and I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it includes digital copies for all 3 movies! Such a deal for $14.99...

Amazon just did their PMs of the various sale prices (and still have OUATITW at $10.49), so I just reordered and added True Grit to save myself a trip to BB/Target this week...

I'll be picking up the Ultimate Edition of OOTP, mainly for the documentary, at Target. If any new copies of BTTF trilogy pop up, it'll be a no brainer but I'm not getting my hopes up.
