It might not be the BIGGEST release week of the year, but there ARE some very popular films up for release—especially for fans of 480p resolution! ;)

Give it a close once over, RoundUppers!

Safe shopping! :D

Thank you, Mike!

Nothing for me this week.

Obviously, the distributor of that VHS must think there is a reason putting it out is worthwhile for them in a business sense. I'm not sure what that would be. But it would seem they think they can make money on it. Good luck, I suppose. I would never buy a new film on VHS at this point, but I guess they think somebody will.

The VHS revival people have moved on from just watching old tapes to now wanting to watch crappy versions of new movies too. I get the VHS revival to some degree for something old but a new movie? That's just fake. You never watched Alien: Romulus in 4x3 and in 525 resolution- why start now?

Nothing for me unless there is a huge improvement over the existing Interstellar release.

Christmas comes 15 days early as Rock 'N' Roll High School hits UHD. The only movie to feature the best band ever to exist.

Also, I'll get Willow and No Country For Old Men at some point as well.

Thanks for the prices, Mike! :)

That can only mean one thing. This must be the week for The Giant Spider Invasion. :D

Definitely a nostalgia thing. I fondly recall watching lots of Full Moon films on VHS (Puppet Master, Subspecies, Trancers, Demonic Toys, Castle Freak) rented from the video store back in the good old days. So, people of my era may get a kick of out buying a new Full Moon film on tape. I'm not one of them, but I can sort of see the appeal for some. I think the film sounds interesting, but I'd get the blu-ray.
