Well. This is it. This HAS to be the biggest release week of 2024. So many big titles this week—from Capra, Hitchcock, Eastwood, Brooks, Streisand, and Ken Burns! With releases featuring subjects such as a time-traveling Terminator, Ronald Reagan, Leonardo da Vinci, Spongebob!

I almost defy anyone in this hardy band of RoundUppers to report in that there’s nothing for them in this week’s releases!

North By Northwest, Funny Girl, Godzilla Minus One, Terminator, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.

And I am attending a screening of North By Northwest tomorrow.

Pretty big week for me. I'll be picking up The Terminator & North By Northwest and at some point, I'll get Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and a couple of the Eastwood UHDs (Eiger and Misty).

Man, this week is going to put me in the poor house! Thanks, as always, for the Roundup, Mike! By the way, from what I've been able to determine, there is no North American 4K Beetlejuice/Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 2-film collection release. It's DVD only. Your Amazon link for it lands on the single-film 4K release.

Back from the North By Northwest screening. Probably not the new master since they showed a Ben Mankiewicz intro from an old TCM/Fathom Event screening. Still looked very good.

On further research apparently the Mankiewicz opening is being included for new screenings of the film. So this could have been the 65th anniversary release.

By the way, from what I've been able to determine, there is no North American 4K Beetlejuice/Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 2-film collection release. It's DVD only. Your Amazon link for it lands on the single-film 4K release.

Thanks, Doug! I thought that was weird when I was compiling it (that the 2-film set would be priced the same as the single film). I should have been more diligent in sussing it out. Fixed.

I picked up Funny Girl, North By Northwest, Godzilla Minus One, and The Terminator today from B&N. I will have to pick up Beetlejuice Beetlejuice at a later time on a slow release week as I was already spending too much this week.
