    I've heard some raves about this Showtime Series and it's now available on Itunes. Anyone here watch it ? I was thinking of Dl the first ep to try it out. I did'nt see it available on DVD Yet.

    It's fabulous. I think the star Mary-Louise Parker received a best actress award, either Golden Globes or Emmy can't recall.

    Yes, it is very good. Sort of like a funnier, edgier DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES. Parker is great, so is Elizabeth Perkins. Kevin Nealon is also very funny in it.

    Great show.

    Man, did I resist watching this show, thinking it could only be more crappy "Showtime trying and failing to be HBO" sorta series.

    I was wrong.

    Far from being a simple gimmick or one-joke proposition, "Weeds" is a great drama with elements of comedy and satire, phenomenal acting (especially Mary Louis Parker and even -surpringly- Kevin Nealon). It's also a wonderfully accurate critique of bourgeois America, succeeding where the lame, faux-transgressive -actually quite reactionary- "Desperate Housewives" utterly fails.
