I saw this at a bargain bin and wanted to pick it up but I noticed from the back cover that the disc is not 16x9 encoded. Is that a misprint??

Also how is the picture and sound quality??

    Thanks

I have this disc. It has the anamorphic widescreen version on one side and the pan-n-scan version on the other. Picture and sound are pretty good.

Agree with the above. For one of the earliest releases on DVD, it really proves that New Line was a strong supporter of DVD. There are some interesting extras, and the video and audio quality is definately acceptable for the genre.

Edit - Here's an online review:

I agree, as well...it's about the same quality in terms of picture, sound and added value material as with New Line's Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.
