Am I the only one who is waiting for these movies to come to DVD?? I thought Waxwork was a great Homage to Monster Films while Waxwork 2 was an homage to early horror films.

Count me in for these two! Good fun, both. Also can't wait for Night Of The Creeps, and I know I'm not alone here.
Cheers.

You're not alone. While I didn't much care for the sequel, Waxwork is one of my favorites. I'd love to hear a commentary with Anthony Hickox. Who owns these?

Waxwork is available on R2 DVD. It's available from Black Star. It's PAL and I'm fairly certain it's region 2.
Haven't heard anything on an R1 DVD for either of them, unfortunately. I did a review for the R1 laserdisc, which is decent but a DVD would definitely be welcome.

I caught a little bit of W2 on cable the other day, and was reminded of how much of a classic it really is (the Bruce Campbell character is awesome). Both of these are great movies, and DVD purchases for me would be a no brainer. And I second the vote mentioned earlier for Night of the Creeps.

If and when WAXWORKS is released, it better be the UNCUT/UNRATED version! The film was released in both an unrated and an edited R version on tape by Vestron back in 1988.
