    Sorry if I missed the thread on this (couldn't find it with the search) but I could swear i read about it. Have I gone crazy or was it cancelled?

    You're not crazy. This is why I didn't bother to buy the 2 Disc "Special Edition".

    I think there was a confusion as to what 2 disc special edition that was released would contain... Some websites incorrectly stated that it would contain 20 minutes of additional footage added to the movie. However, they never said the 2 disc set would be a director's cut. Haven't read anything that would suggest a third release.

    I'd like to know if Fox and Regency plan a DVD release of the original film with Scott Glenn. A VHS was released by Vestron, but that is long out of print.
