...yes Warner, you are making us wait for Looney Toons. Subversive in their own way are Bugs, Daffy and the gang, but in the mid-90's, you unleashed Pinky and the Brain upon the world of animation.
It is time for a Pinky and The Brain DVD collection. There was enough of a fan base, plus the new generation of kids now being able to watch it in syndication, that it would prove to be a great collection upon fans DVD shelf.
It would be very simple to release the program with it's collection of shorts and full 23 minute programs. Have themed selections. Have collections of the various star cameos that went up against the duo.
Come on Warner, I know that there are many Pinky and The Brain fans here! Let your voices be heard!

"What are we going to do tonight Brain?"
"The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Try to take over the world!"
"Gosh Brain, how are we going to do that?"
"By putting out a DVD...of us."
"NARF!"
Bring us Pinky and The Brain!!!! Please?

Put me down as another person who'd buy Pinky and the Brain DVDs, as many as I could get.
Just as long as they included "You Said a Mouseful" (the classic tongue-twister episode: "You sacked the cocky khaki kicky sack sock plucker?" "The second cock khaki kicky sack sock plucker I sacked since the sixth sitting sheet slitter got sick").
Their parent show, Animaniacs, also deserves some DVD exposure for such great, never-on-video episodes such as "King Yakko" and "The Warners' 65th Anniversary Special".

"Gee, that's great Brain, but where are we going to find rubber pants in our size?? NARF!!"

If my memory is not soggy that's just about a direct quote from one of their Anamaniac shorts.
I'd second a complete set of Pinky and the Brain episodes!! They're more for adults than kids.

"First, we will issue season-length compilations of all our previous adventures. Then when the populace is doubled over with laughter, their attention will be diverted, allowing us to TAKE OVER THE WORLD!"
"Oh, fabulous Brain. ZORT!"

Elmira was an annoying little bitch wasn't she. It was a shame when they had to add her to the show. The show worked wonderfully on it's own.
Don't know how I feel about Nick having added it's logo in the shows opening. Something just feels different about it you know.
Maybe they will see this tonight and we will get some sort of response from the folks at WB.

While their at it they should put out the "Tiny Toon" series too. I still get a laugh out of remembering the parody of "Citizen Kane"....."ACME? It's not ACME It's....."! Then there was the parody of "Carrie". Yeah, Pinky and the Brain and Tiny Toons, that's the ticket.

Warner,
GOOD IDEA: Releasing ANIMANIACS on DVD in order and uncut from the original airings.
BAD IDEA: Only placing random ANIMANIACS cartoons in front of Pauly Shore movies.
THE END.
Please Warner, let the Warners out of the tower.
Aaron Thomas
And I'll buy up PINKY AND THE BRAIN, too.
