All include commentaries? That's a surprise, but a most welcome one. I'll be picking up three out of the five; thanks for the heads-up.

They are all up for preorder over at Dvdempire.

Their specs list the participants in each commentary.

I'm definitely getting Innerspace, at least.

I feel exactly the same way Josh L does...but about My Favorite Year!
"I'm not an actor...I'm a movie star!" [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
Yay for that, Innerspace, and for Oh, God! Why couldn't they bring the entire Oh, God! trilogy while they were at it? The 2nd one's lame, but the third one's a winner (even if it falls short of the original).

[IMG] [IMG] for My Favorite Year. This and Becket are my two favorite Peter O'Toole performances yet to make it to DVD. Now if someone would kindly release Becket, I can start clamoring for the next tier of O'Toole films like Goodbye Mr. Chips, Lord Jim, and How to Steal a Million. [IMG]
    Regards,

Here's another [IMG] for My Favorite Year. This was one of those movies that I hadn't heard anything about when I first rented it years ago. Always enjoy hearing that favorite films are finally hitting DVD!

The most plesant surprise for me here is BIG WEDNESDAY, John Milius' zen-surfing flick. I would have thought we'd have to wait a long time for this. The fact that it will (hopefully) be an anamorphic transfer and contain a Milius commentary just add to the anticipation.

[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] for MY FAVORITE YEAR! Nice of Warner to use the original poster art for the release as well.
"Who are you to talk to me like that you little Jiminy-Cricket-pest-bastard!"
    "Dump him!"
    "I like the removal business!"
"Those must be his drinking socks."
What a quotable film - I can't wait for this one!

What's happening with Omega Man? I've heard vaguely about "legal issues", but that's never been confirmed and there are no details besides.
Is there a link someone would provide to solid (reliable) information?

Another fan of Big Wednesday here. This movie has some of the most incredible surfing scenes I have ever seen in a movie. I will definitely be picking up this movie.

I was just wondering when My Favorite Year would be coming to DVD yesterday and now it's coming with a O'Toole commentary!!
Dear WB, I'm now thinking about the Haunting with a Robert Wise commentary [IMG].
    Cheers.
