You know, I remember when going to the "cast & crew" section of a DVD was *somewhat* worthwhile. You go to that menu, click on a person's name and you get a mini-biography and filmography.

Now most (if not all) of Warner's DVDs simply list names, that's it. No bios, no filmographies, nothing, just their names. Why? We already have such listings on the DVD box, and of course the movie's credits themselves. Why waste space on a DVD with a THIRD helping of the same useless info?

My suggestion, either drop the "cast/crew' bit completely, or make them worth reading again.

The written notes Warner put on their earlier DVDs were usually interesting, even though a few had some misinformation or misspellings. The way they do them now looks like "We know nobody reads these anyway, so we'll just put in the screen that you would've clicked on if you'd wanted to read them. But we know you won't." [IMG]
