Sometime around the end of last year someone posted an e-mail address for a woman at Warner Bros. who will send out a replacement snapper if you purchased a Warner title with a broken case. I requested a couple replacements from her and they were received. Now I find myself in the same boat and I didn't save her email address for future use. Did anyone save her address who could list it here? I think the domain was [email protected]

Thanks Matthew. That's the name I remember. You've jogged my memory a little and I believe her e-mail address is [email protected]
    Can anyone confirm this?

    Ron,
You have the correct e-mail address. However, you can just send your broken snappers to the address listed by Matthew and they will send you replacements.
    Cheers,
    -Christian

well how does it work? If u messed up the cover; like if one of your family members spilled juice on the front and stained it. [IMG] Do they just replace the snap part or the whole cover?
    Thanks

If your snapper is broken, take the cover art and disc out of the snapper, and just send the snapper to Margaret with a letter including your e-mail address. She will e-mail you back when she sends out the replacements.
