I should also through in Falcon Crest's next season and McClain's Law to the toss up category. Not really sure what happened with Falcon but they don't they don't comment much on it.

I'm still surprised we haven't seen "Jericho" or "McClain's Law". I'll still put those up for possibilities and maybe also "Goodnight Beantown".

What about Warner Bros. Presents? The first production from Warner Bros. Television. In commemoration of 60 years of WBTV.

They recently posted that Chico and the Man is still in the hands of WHV which is why WA hasn't released it already.
You can add Bronco Season 4 as a lock. They will finish this show next year just as they did with Sugarfoot this year.

It seems I remember someone saying Goodnight Beantown was a lock, but I don't remember who...

Does Warner currently control any Talent Associates (David Susskind) series, other than Get Smart? If so, maybe (and that's a big 'maybe') that eventually adds the following to the Warner Archives mix (if not in 2015, then perhaps someday):

    Peck's Bad Girl (half-season, 1959)
    Way Out (half-season, 1961)
    Great Ghost Tales (half-season, 1961)
East Side/West Side (one season, 1963-64)
    Mr. Broadway (half-season, 1964)
    The Hero (half-season, 1966-67)
    Run Buddy Run (half-season, 1966)
He and She (one season, 1967-68)
    N.Y.P.D. (two seasons, 1967-69)
The Good Guys (one season, 1968-69)

Warners does not own "Get Smart" and has no rights to any TA shows.

The reason I ask was because I had just rented "Get Smart": Season 1 - Disc 1 and noticed it was an HBO Video release, and I had seen this as part of the Wikipedia (admittedly, not always a reliable source) entry on Talent Associates (under "Ownership Changes"):

"In August 1968, Talent Associates was acquired by industrialist Norton Simon.[3] The company became known as Talent Associates-Norton Simon, Inc. until 1974, when Susskind and Gilbert bought the company back from Norton Simon. In 1977, the company was sold to Time-Life Films.[4]Time Warner's HBO currently owns the copyrights to the Talent Associates library, with TV distribution rights handled by CBS Television Distribution. There are a few exceptions—for instance, McMillan & Wife is owned by Universal Television, which co-produced the show with Talent Associates."

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talent_Associates

--Unless, perhaps, HBO Video just leased "Get Smart", alone, for a certain window of time?

Well I am going to put out my standard answer whenever this question comes out on the forum......"Knots Landing" and "The Drew Carey Show". I am hoping my two holy grail shows come out in 2015. I am actually hoping Shout! Factory will get the rights from Warner......Shout! seems to get the "Complete" series of classic t.v. shows a lot faster than Warner Brothers these days!!! Crossing my fingers :)

It will take them months to put out their first animated show, and then it will be some obscure, unpopular show no one asked for.

I know, I know, I'm harping. But I can't get over their terrible treatment of animation. It sucks.

I hope for "Spenser for hire"- Season 2 next year. Season 1 looked much better than I ever thought.

A Man Called Shenadoah, starring Robert Horton (Wagon Train) and Hondo, starring Ralph Taeger would be good choices for DVD releases by WB's MOD.

Neil, I sure hope at least one from your list gets the WA treatment this coming year...of these, Mr. Novak would be the most exciting for me...for it's early '60s idealism and for being a fine drama as well...I'd also be happy to see Sam Benedict (Edmund O'Brien, and I remember it being a funny show too) and Cain's Hundred (always liked Mark Richman, and here he's a good guy). Harry's Girls sounds interesting as I understand it used European locales and was partially shot overseas?

Mr. Novak is one of those great "new frontier" dramas of the era and really the first great teacher show. Sam Benedict, based on SF trial attorney Jake Ehrlich, is an interesting series. I wouldn't call it a great show, more spotty and a hit or miss, depending on the episode. It was actually remade later in the decade as Judd for the Defense. Harry's Girls I haven't seen enough episodes to really comment and I'm not a fan of Susan Silo. Cain's Hundred is a show which would have benefited from a different lead as Richman is more suited for playing a prick, which is what he did throughout his career. He's too unlikeable to be the hero lead.

The Fugitive (2000–2001) remake with Tim Daly is on my list. The pilot is already out on DVD in Europe but no sign of a US release or the complete series.
