well first one was sort of a sunburst, #2 was the classic WB rings, #3 was back to a sunburst, #4... rings again , maybe, diff color?

Things must really be delayed if the only announcement Warner Bros Classics ( formerly the Archive) is making is that a new Looney Tunes set is coming with no hints as to the 25 shorts included.

I do like the poster and would like more information about it. Is it a real poster from the 1940's? Is it perhaps from the 1950's and related to promoting the pre 1948 syndication of the Warner Bros. Cartoons to local stations? Perhaps its a poster for family matinees that showed a bunch of cartoons on Saturday afternoon.

People should listen to the latest "The Extras" podcast with George Feltenstein. He noted that more information about which shorts are coming should be announced in the next month or so.
